Wellness: Heated outdoor pool and sauna

“For travelers arriving by car, the hotel offers underground parking. The prebooked airport shuttle takes 25 minutes to reach the international airport after stopping at the domestic terminal. However, soundproofing between rooms is limited, and noise can carry in the early hours.”

Great airport hotel experience!

helpful staff cleaning staff great service easy ride

The reception staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff were unobtrusive. The restaurant staff went over and above with service. Layla provided great service in the restaurant. The food included arancini, steak, panko crumbed pork cutlet, crème brûlée and banoffee pie. I had a VERY enjoyable stay. The location was convienant. Rooms are super clean and cozy. The ride to and from the airport is easy and can be free. This requires taking the dfo bus.

Service

9/10

The check-in process was efficient with friendly staff, and they answered questions quickly. I appreciate that. I found the room service quick, and the food arrived hot, with staff maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Housekeeping services were punctual and thorough, the room remained super clean throughout my stay.

Location

8/10

This location provides quick access to the international terminal, and i found it ideal for early flights. I didn't get lost. The hotel's proximity to a shopping centre allowed for easy access to shops, restaurants, and amenities, and i liked the convenience. There are good transport links including buses to nearby areas.

Facilities

9/10

The room had air conditioning. The hotel had a pool and a gym , and i made good use of both. The gym includes modern equipment like treadmills and weight machines and the pool area had ample seating. The parking area offered plenty of spaces.
